Just transitioned a site to frames to get a layout that I was desiring.
However, I dont' see any way to pass a target= statement to the links on
other framed pages... Thoughts?

I had to do this by manually editing the HTML page ...
(I'm using perl + templates).
I would VERY MUCH like to do this within CC so that I dont have
to turn off HTML generation and hand-edit the HTML

I agree with the request: If only every URL would have the option of
specifying a target frame name I would be very happy. Setting up the frames
themselves is not the problem, I can do that manually. I just need the
target's.
