What is this?

And if we have brought the pro version do we get this for free

CodeCharge Studio is the current code-name for what was going to be
CodeCharge Professional.
The name was changed because this new version will be quite different from
the current one, and we will be supporting both CodeCharge Standard and
CodeCharge Studio.
The upgrade will be free to Pro version users.
