Adding HTML in Field Properties Window(Wish List)

Here's one for the wish list.
In the field properties add a text box to allow HTML code to be added so if
you want to add, let's say a button, you can do so easily. It would add the
button to the right of the text entry area in the grid to call, for example,
a javascript function.
