 PHP syntax in ver2beta5 ?

It appears that the PHP code generated in common.php (ver2beta5, PHP
with templates) for the function "check_security" in not completely
syntactically correct - missing "{" and "}" for if/else test?

Also, I believe that the PHP code in many places would be improved if
every "header ("Location: ...;" call were followed by an " exit;" just to be
clean.
