I am trying to figure out what is the best way to go about the followings.
1. I want to create a shopping mall ("internet"ly of course..).
2. And within the mall there will be storefronts, which will be given to
individuals. These individuals will log in and will begin administering
their individual storefront. Uploading their text and images of their
products, choose backgrounds and other preferences to create
personalization.
.....Now my challenge is to create the most efficient way to display this
storefronts and to monitor the visitors statistic.
My thoughts are:
1. I will prepare not more than 5 layouts of the storefronts, 20 backgrounds
images, a few icons and few other images for them to choose plus their very
own creativity.(Should I just make something like RegForm, ....but how do
the choose backgrounds, icons etc?)
2. As and when visitors goes in thru their individual url, the site will
display their particular preferences. (How to do this.)
3. Prepare reports on storefronts activities..statistics. (MMMmmm I am blank
on this!)
I hope you people don't laugh at me and says..." just go into cut and paste
mode with so much of this php script out there for free."
I want to create the above using CodeCharge so that I can acquire the skill
to use this software. What will be the most practical database structure and
how will be CC approach to achieve this?
