How I can create header in the project?
1 - I create page header
2 - I specify in Properties > pages page Header as header
3 - Make Generation of the site
4 - Nothing is done - in Properties > pages a field Header empty, header in
pages is not included.
What I put aside money incorrectly?
What I need to make?

1) What CC version is specified in Help/About menu ?
2) What about footer , does it get included?
3) Can you see headers and footers in sample CC projects ?
