Hello, how do I set up to connect to mysql? I use phpMyAdmin now. can I use
this with code charge or how would I set it up?

Just create your databases with phpMyAdmin.

Then set up an ODBC connection to that database.

Then, configure your CodeCharge project to use that ODBC connection.
