Hi,

I have been using CC for a couple of months and think it is great. However,
over the weekend I upgraded to Norton Systemworks 2002, and installed CC
Studio this morning. Now, when I run CC or CC Studio the ASP + Templates do
not work. All my UD4 sites work, and any CC projects using just ASP (i.e.
not asp + templates) work.

Any ideas what the problem might be?

Cheers

Marc

Help - please

Just to make it a little clearer, CC and CC Studio are working fine - it is
a problem with IIS -

For example, If I build a CC project with just ASP and upload it to IIS and
then run it using IE, it works fine. Then if I change the same project to
ASP + Templates, upload it and then view it using IE, then none of the pages
load any more. All web projects written with Ultradev etc all work fine -
so it is something particular to ASP + Template projects written with CC or
CC Studio -

Any ideas??

Thanks

Marc.

I'm experiencing a similar problem, but i'm not sure it has something to do
with
CC-studio. I have a huge webapp in ASP+templates (made with cc2.0.5).
Localy everything works fine (PWS), but when publishing on IIS (external
host) some page's won't be loaded.
I found out that for those page's a 'out of stack space' error had occured.
The generated templateobj file, used for managing the templates, makes
extensive use
of recursive functions and the ASP scripting.library object. Perhaps it has
something to do
with this IIS-stacksize.

Ciao,

Marc.

I notice the same problem with my Windows XP with IIS 5.1 installed. No idea
at all. Just wait for the site to respond. Don't load.
ASP only is fine.
ASP+Templates do not work at all.

If you are using Norton AntiVirus, please try disabling "Script Blocking"
feature.

Hi,

I ran the CC setup again on top of my existing installation and it did a
maintenence setup. I noticed that it installed Jet again and not much else.
After the setup procedure, I tried an ASP + Templates project and it worked
all works again. So, I don't know whether it was the installation of Norton
2002 SystemWorks, or CC Studio that cased ASP + Templates to stop working
(in both CC and CC Studio) but it all works fine again now. Also, CC seems
to work fine with Norton 2002 Script Blocking turned on - so that is good as
well.

Thank you to you all for replying and helping.

Cheers

Marc.
