Hello CC Users,
I am using files generated by CC as includes so is it possible that the
header information that CC generates is not generated at all and it starts
the page with table tag directly?

This is possible only if page is selected as Header in Pages menu.
Otherwise you need to remove unnecessary tags from the files yourself.

But can I select a page which has custom code as a header page or do I have
to generate it with CC only.
