 CGI error

Platform: W2000, IIS 5, MySQL, CC2, PHP4 + T.

Implementing security on a site that did have CC2 security implemted. Making
some shcanges and CC2 security caused a problem so I de-implemented it in
order to move along with the prototype development.

Re-implementing security and am getting this error immediately after the
login page runs (should run default.php):

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of
HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:


any suggestions?
