I've done a support system in Codecharge 2 Pro using the template given by
CodeCharge.
During Testing, I've come up with a Bug. Please can someone help me.
- When Logged Into the Admin Menu, and viewing the cases logged, I find
that I cant Respond to any of the cases. The End-User gets an email from
which they can respond to their own case, but the Admin gets an email
informing of a new case but cannot respond. There is a button That Says
"Click To Lock Thread to reply" When i click that, it says that the case is
locked by whatever user you are logged in as, but the Response Form is not
shown.
Anyone Familiar With This Problem or can help me?
