I am using Codecharge v2.05. Codecharge unable to retrieve the table's Field
list. I only getting a blank listbox entires for every database table.
Any solution to this?

Make sure you have the database correctly defined in the Properties/Database
section.

i have the same problem 
i noticed that if i use trial version of CC, it's everything ok;
but when i crack it, this problem appears.
P.S. i didn't try another crack, maybe it could help...
solution: you need to buy this product, or to try another crack.

why don't you crack your stupid head instead of robbing these hard working
developers of thier money. Its a very cheap product and delivers many times
its value but that will not make sense to a dumb crackhead.
