Hi,
Does anyone know if it's possible to have CodeCharge generate a scrollable
grid instead of the next page / prev page?

have you tried putting the content in a layer ?

If you remove the "navigator" from the it should. Do you realize this is
probably a bad idea? If the number of rows can get large because the client
will have to tolerate all of them downloading at once. An alternative would
be to raise the "number of rows per page" property on the navigator to be
something really large.
This will result in the entire page scrolling, which may not be exactly what
you wanted, either. Without using a frame, I don't know how you would just
scroll the grid by itself.
