When i want to search on more than 1 field and i use a Wizard Page builder
in Codecharge,
Codecharge only shows 1 search field, then i have to manualy put the other
searchfields into the page.
Can somebody help me with this issue?

When you select an OR search, you'll get a single textbox. If you select
AND, you'll get more than one.

Check out the CodeCharge Book Store example. On the MembersGrid page and on
the Members form, select the form properties and the input tab, there you
can see how they have set up a multiple field search on the name.
