codecharge studio crashes in design view

i'm using ver 2.0.6.11 on a pentium4 xp operating system and everytime I
touch an element in design view it crahes???anyone else experience
problem?thought the upgrade to 2.0.6.11 addressed the problem?any work
arounds?
