Does answer your question but Reporting Services was released today !!!
Free with SQL Server licence. Cyrstal has just lost a whole stack of developers.

With Crystal being sold to Business Objects and as Bill has said Microsoft have released their Crystal Killer - I would stay away from Crystal.
If you are using another database I would check out some of the other postings in this forum regarding free report writers.
If you MUST use crystal server - keep it well away from your web server as it will suck your resouces dry.

Thanks guys.
I note this requires vs.net. What are advantages of having both design
environments?
Anyone out there using both?
