Is there a way to have CCS compile only the modules that have changed since
the last publish? It appears the only option is to publish each page
individually or publish the whole project. This would be a nice feature if
it doesn't exist. I frequently make changes to multiple pages and then have
to publish each page individually or republish the whole project.

I don't think so. They apparently try to be conservative, opting to be safe
and publish more than is really necessary to ensure everything is correctly
published. Things can really go wrong if, say, the "common" module gets out
of date.

I WOULD like to have more of a "control panel" for publishing. If I could
do the "quick publish" in one shot on a selected group of pages (especially
without having them opened in the IDE) that would be very, very nice. Also
would be nice to see each one marked "success" or "failure" and what the
error was. Sometimes it's easy to miss something in the Messages window.
Maybe that should be a new panel in the center of the IDE? It would also be
nice to see some sort of marker (like a small red asterisk) on the project
tree to indicate things I have edited and saved.

What bugs me is the repeated republishing of all the image files, for which
I really don't understand their rationale.

Look in project setting->Publishing at the files to publish setting. After
the initial publishing, I change this to Project files so only the language
(php, asp, etc.) and html files get published. when I publish. It would be
nice to be able to select multiple files using ctrl-click and then select
publish. I believe CodeCharge (not studio) only compiles the pages that have
been changed instead of all the files, would have been nice to have this in
CCS.
