Ability to publish all files that have changed. I have projects with many
pages, I may change 10 or 15 pages at a time. When I get ready to publish my
options are to publish each page individually or publish the whole project.
It would be nice to have a publish changed option.

That's too many publishing options! 
Though it looks like useful idea (and we've seen such requests via the support previously). It will be added to our to-do list.
