What happened to the support we used to get.
I own codecharge studio, and am having problems with it, but none of my support questions get answered.
Are they on holiday or not there anymore?
Anyone else have the same problem?

I put a request in on Sunday and got a reply from Greg almost immediately, they are obviously not on holiday, in fact I wonder if they ever go home at all
I do have the CodeCharge support contract which I think is a bargain not to be missed!

I couldn't be happier with CCS email support. i always get an answer within hours. Yesterday i submited an email on my way out the door of the office at 5pm, by the time i got home an hour later i had a quick fix suggestion and an assurance it would be passed along to the developpers.
I must have submitted a 100 + questions all of which have been answered in a timely manner.

The response time is excellent! I've been impressed by the level of expertise that techsupport provides, plus it's always a same-day delivery process

Agree with adri!
I bought the CCS PE version a week ago and it was not working properly as the trial version. I sent 2 requests. One 2 days ago and the other yesterday. However, I only got a receipt for the last one I sent and both still have no reply. Not even a word telling me they are investigating.
This has been extremely frustrating.

I see in our support system that we responded 4 times to you, but you have never viewed our responses.
Please make sure that your email is working properly. Or you can emailsupport@codecharge.com and provide an alternative email address.
I will also try to re-forward the responses again to you.
