I would like to do a select multiple from the list down menu.
Is there any example or scripts can be refer to?

I would like to the the method instead of the full scripts example.

Well, I believe that the examples were created to show the simplest method possible. Unfortunately in this case this may not look simple.
I'm not aware of another solution, sorry.
