For some reason, some of my pages are now not processing correctly, and instead of the correct info, show variable
names on the online page, like {error} and {s_dealer_info}.

Regenerating and re-publishing doesn't seem to help; how
can I get the page working right again?

Are you sure that you are running the page (.php, .asp, etc.) or viewing the HTML template? What is the URL?
If your URL doesn't contain the page name, then try adding the page name to it, like: http://.../PageName.php
