CCS2; PHP4; MySQL4
Whenever I'm prompted for the login form, the login and password default to
the first record in the MySQL users table. How can I blank out these
default values when the form loads?

Hello,
Generated Login form with Authentication builder, the login/password won’t be loaded.
Also check the Login form: the Connection and Data Source are to be empty.
