I like the theme used with http://forums.codecharge.com.
How to get this theme. Is it available for download?

The Theme is not available for download, but I guess you can take a look at the HTML source and download the .css that is used there.

I need to take print out of all the records returned in grid.
How to do that?

You can create special "Print" page where add grid form with great number of records per page. Use JavaScrip print() to pass the page to printer
