If CSS can work with delimited data (*^|^* seems to be the delimiter) or
has a
way to convert to MySQL. I can do this externaly before I upload database
but
the program I use outputs the data in this format. This data is updatad daily
and the
program that generates this data can FTP it to my server automaticaly but
not if
the data has to be converted first.
Code Charge looks to fit the bill for me otherwise, I couldnt find anything
related
to this in the docs (custom connection string? maybe)

Sounds like a job for the explode() function: http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.explode.php

CCS can work with any datasource that can be accessed through ODBC.
Try creating a DSN using Microsoft Text Driver.
