I enabled Unique for the social security # field on my access request form, but it does nothing, I'm still able to insert a new line with a value that's already exists on a previous entry. Any thoughts?

I'm not sure what might be the problem. If possible, please email to us your page (.ccp and .html) and maybe an empty database table, after submitting a new support case at http://support.codecharge.com/
