A curiosity - Is it possible to use Studio to convert a web app from one code language to another? An example would be opening a pre-existing asp.net site within Studio and then output the same page into PHP or Java? This would be extremely usefull when duplicating or moving a site.

Yes! If it was created in CCS. Any custom coding will have to be converted manualy.
