Many of us have found the need to publish the same CCS project to multiple servers. This is especially frequent case when testing projects locally, then publishing to another server via FTP. The main issue here is that we not only need to change our Publishing settings, but also may need to erase the server database configuration and replace it with a different database name or connection parameters.
This functionality wil be improved in a future version of CCS, while for now here is a "hack"/workaround that could be useful:

The project+publishing+database settings are all stored in the project's .ccs file, for example ProjectName.ccs. You can create multiple copies of this file, for example ProjectName_Server_A.ccs and ProjectName_Server_B.ccs. You can then open your project using any of these files, configure your publishing and database settings, then close the project and do the same with the other .ccs file(s). You should then end up with two or more different "publishing profiles", which you can use to open your project and publish to the corresponding server. All other, page-specific information is stored in .ccp files, which are not affected by these changes. The only downside to utilizing this method is that the general project and security settings are also stored in the .ccs file, therefore changing any of them would require doing so with all the server-specific project files (.ccs) that you create.
