I have Coldfusion Header and footer pages created external to Codecharge.

How do I direct CCStudio to include those pages as headers and footers when my project is published?

Cant' answer your question, but some advice. The html files are templates
and are read and interpreted by the CCS Template object. Directly including
anything into the html will probably not work. It definitely won't work if
there is any code in the included file.

Whatever IS in there, it is probably not going to be very hard to edit
slightly and make it a CCS Include page.
