if youcud make the support cases available to registered users. a search on the same also to find the solutions to problems which have been solved earlier.
this cud be restricted to licensed users.
the logins of the registered user possessing license may be given a group level at ur site which cud access the support database.
also the support cases may be added by registered members and upon logon, a list of support cases submitted by that particular user could be there at a click of a link.
