I have a grid that displays events for the month and I would like to include a parameter in the sql where to reduce the amount of retrieved records. The field in the dbase is "StartDate" and I think it should look something like:
Month(StartDate) = Month(Date)
When I put this in the expression builder it adds quotations and looks like
"Month(StartDate) = Month(Date)"
Any ideas on how to properly do this?

When I get parameters I can't figure out the expression for, I create a database view instead - usually faster/easier.
