Saving CCP file breaks custom Java

Hi,
I use a custom HTML Header file made by Macromedia Fireworks. I copy the
HTML from the exported Fireworks file in to Codecharge Studio. This all
works fine - I save the CCP file and it all looks OK - except that when ever
the Header file is published (every time any page that uses it as an
include) it breaks the Java script in the HTML file and I have to fix it
manually.

Is there anyway I can stop Codecharge Studio breaking this Java when I
publish?

Regards

Andrew
