I have a ticketing system set up for issues. Upon the status field of the ticket being changed to closed, I want to make several other fields mandatory (like the fix and time closed and stuff). They can not be mandatory until that field changes from open or monitoring to closed. I am using codecharge studio with asp on a win2k server. Thank you!
