 How can I limit users to insert records to certain number??

I wish to limit users to upload pictures into table. How can I set restriction to 5 pictures for example???

Whereever the insert is being done, check the number of existing records in
the BeforeInsert event with a CCDLookup() and set your Data Source's
AllowInsert to false if the result is more than 5.
