Is it possible to connect to Pervasive/Btrieve DB using CC?

I am trying to connect to a Pervasive/Btrieve database using ODBC and CC and have been unsuccessful - I can open the DB and see the tables, but I can never see the fields - plus I did not see Pervasive on the pull down menu of the connection set up (using the Application Wizard).

Any assistance/guidance on this specific DB use is appreciated.

This issue is by design and occures when the CCS trial period has expired. Please contact our support if you have questions about this.

Peter,
I installed the software in trial mode yesterday - same day I got the error - so apparently I am not able to fully test the product then?

Should it work with Pervasive and ODBC?

Thanks in advance,
Charles

Peter,

I'm looking at using Pervasive Btrieve as well. Will I be able to evaluate
CCS properly using this combination. Is there something specific that I'll
need to do?

Hi,

The trial version works exactly the same as the full version. I'd appreciate if you let us know if CCS worked for you with Pervasive Btrieve, or contact product support if you experience any problems.

Thanks Peter. If I try the trial version, I'll post back.
