Hello All,

I'm using MS Access 2000 as my DB and I'm trying to get a field of data type Hyperlink to show correctly on a record form. The field stores email addresses. When viewed in MS Access it is displayed as an email hyperlink. When it is viewed in a record form it appears like this,

afrausto@yahoo.com#http://afrausto@yahoo.com#

Does anyone know how to display it as,

afrausto@yahoo.com within a record form text field.

Thanks.

I recommend that you do not use this type of field but use the standard text field instead. The Hyperlink type is specific only to MS Access and its functionality can be useful for MS Access forms, but causing problems when using MS Access as a database for other applications.
