I have some pages generated using CCS 2.2.60, but I have
missed the project file. Is there any way in wich I could rebuild the project using the working files (PHP and HTML) without having to redo all the work from the beginning?

This depends on which project files you'e missing.
If it is the .ccs file then you can copy any .ccs file from another project to your damaged project and this should work.
If you're mssing .ccp files then you probably cannot do anything and would need to rebuild the whole project. Though you can reuse the custom code from the _events.php files.
