Followed your instructions to the letter but get the "broken link", even though the link to the image is correct in LivePage, and the image is in the correct path.
Out of curiosity, what should be in
Format> img >src
Any suggestions why the image is not showing?

Please use the "Image" control from the "Forms" tab in the Toolbox, not from the HTML tab.
Once you do this then the "src" will be specified automatically. You can also look at the "EmpsDetail" page in the Employee Directory example as an example. There is really nothing to it.
But you also didn't provide any information on what exactly is generated - what is the URL of the broken image?
In any case, I now have to send you to our support as this discussion is too long (and mixing different topcis) to serve useful purposes for other users. We installed this forum as a user forum for users to discuss various topics.
