i have just started using CC and am working my way throught the tutorial i understand whats going on but when i finish and the tutorial tells me to publish the live page doesent work sats page cannot be displayed what do in need to do to make this work? and my modem is connected to the internet
any help would be appreciated

phil,
Which version of Windows are you using? Do you have IIS installed?
Also, what are your Publishing settings in CCS (Project -> Settings -> Publishing)?

i'm using windows millenium, i only ave the trial version of code charge so not sure bout IIS (i'm thinking no) and havent touched my publishing setting

Hi phil,
I must say that it is not possible for Windows to run Web programs without a Web server, whether you use CCS or not. You will need a Web server, probably PWS for Windows ME. There are many resources on the Internet that address this:

Or you can purchase a Web hosting service, which you would probably need anyway to make your Website accessible to others.
