Hi,
Is there available File Browser component for Java/JSP? Like used by CCS FileUpload component.
And has anyone incorporated such component into CCS project.

I'm not sure if I understand your question but Java/JSP on the server cannot have access to users' computers and browse the files on someone's desktop.
To let users browse their files for upload we use the HTML form input component:
