I posted on the neccessity off the APIs for CCS to be published and open
here on the newgroup from OE on a w2k machine but strangely enough it did
not replicate to the web forum ie forums.codeharge.com

Therefore this post is once again originated on the newsgroup to see if it
will show up on the web forum, otherwise the replication mechanism is
obviously broken or maybe the flow is only webforum->newsgroup and not
bi-directional whiich would be ideal.
