Stupid newbie tricks - i.e. I can't even get Hello World to run

Latest CodeCharge Studio, WinXP Pro, IIS, ASP, no database. Attempting to
run the Hello World tutorial example.

I can connect to http://localhost (I do get a windows logon before
connecting to localhost...is this supposed to happen?)

The first time I setup the Hello World example, I forgot to put quotes
around the hello world text. This problem was determined by going to the
Live Page tab which then showed an error for the text assignment.

Corrected that. Publish project. Live Page still shows an error with the
text not quoted. Delete the HelloWorld directory under localhost and
publish again. Live page still shows the text not quoted. Check the
generated code, it has quotes. Go around in circles
saving/publishing/looking at stuff...eventually I get a "too many users" for
IIS. Reboot.

Now going to Live Page seems to "hang". Code tab looks good, Preview looks
OK, Live Page shows "Connecting to site localhost" briefly. Nothing shows
in the Live Page window and the cursor is a Waiting-Arrow pointer.

I'm sure CodeCharge is not intended to show me how ignorant I am, but I'm
just about ready to give up....

What do I need to check? Where do I need to look? I suspect I need a logon
name and password to allow the connection to localhost, but I haven't
stumbled upon anything to verify that or where/how it might be accomplished
in CodeCharge.

Well, after changing the Computer Name and rebooting, its now working. I
had changed the computer name a month or so ago to match the convention at
this location...not sure why this would have anything to do with it not
working.
