I keep getting this error and I'm stumped. Could someone explain this so I can get this working.

I can't be sure, but I suspect that this could happen when upgrading CCS using the upgrade patch. Please try downloading the full CCS version 2.2 from http://download2.codecharge.com/CCStudio2_2.exe and try reinstalling.
