I think anything YS develops using CCS, like his forum, should be available for download by registered users of its development environment.

YesSoftware doesn't own the exclusive rights to this Forum code (or project). I just know from other sources (Ultraapps.com) that it isn't available, at least currently.

I know that both, Konrad (YS CEO) and the guy behing Ultraaps, are Polish. I would not be surprised if Ultraaps guy worked at YS.

AFAIK UltraApps is actually based in Poland. We also provide support for Europe from Poland therefore we have relations with some companies based there and UltraApps is one of them. You may want to direct related questions directly to them though.
However, this doesn't mean that we're unwilling to work with companies in Nevada, California or anywhere else in the world for that matter If you have an interesting application that you think we could use or help you promote then feel free to contact us. We're especially interested in exceptional applications made with CCS, which we could showcase at http://examples.codecharge.com. We've already seen some amazing examples that will be posted there soon.
