Well, this should be really simple, but it has me stumped. I have recreated this login form from scratch and it gives me a 405 Error - resource not allowed.
http://www.pcfountain.com/nanny
I have no idea what's going on here ... have done login forms before with no problem. You can login with:
username -ken@kenhardwick.com
password - 1234
(actually you can't login with that.) Any help is appreciated.

Try this URL:
http://www.pcfountain.com/nanny/default.asp
Works OK for me 
You may need to configure your server so that it opens the .asp extension first, then .html.
Currently your server opens http://www.pcfountain.com/nanny/default.html by default, which is wrong (static) page.
