Is There any sample in CCS for printing of documents.
I am creating a order entry and after order is generated
i want to print the order .

What do you mean by an example for printing? You can just display a message on the page "Click the Print button in your Web browser to print" 
I am actually serious. I think that most Websites do it this way, for example by placing "Printable version" link or button on the page, or "Print" button that utilizes JavaScript to invoke the browser's print function which works the same as if someone would click the print button in their browser.

Just a follow on for my own use ... I use both cold fusion and asp.net for my apps and I have a need to 'print' out a grid but I need page breaks to occur at a known location. With just html, I can't make this happen. What would you recommend.

A reporting tool. They are designed specifically to do this.
Check out Microsoft Reporting Services for .NET.
