 fire 'onchange' event in DatePicker target text control

FYI,
For those trying to detect an 'onchange' event when a date is changed, I had to do the same things and it solved my problem. You need to add the 'onbeforeeditfocus' event on the text control. The 'onchange' will only occur when you are already in the text box that holds the selected date.
