Any ideas as to why when I click "Live Page" that theCodeCharge seems to hang? All I see is a blank white screen.

Possibly you're using Norton Antivirus? If so, this is not a CodeCharge issue but you probably won't be able to run any ASP pages. Turn-off script blocking and reboot.
There could be other causes but this one is most common.
