The Undo feature does not appear to work always, and
when it does, it only can go back one previous change.
Is there a way to increase the undo levels?

Hi,
The Undo function works at many levels, not sure how many but probably unlimited. There are some issues with it that we were unable to resolve yet but it works overall.
We may be able to research and fix specific issues if we know the details. Please contact our support and describe the specific situation.
