Hello,

Is there some way to modify the site layout options of an existing project? It seems that the only way to do this is to remove the project and regenerate it from scrath.

TIA

Yes, you can modify the Website in the same way as using any visual programming, document design or HTML design tools. This means editing the screen, moving the components around, changing table layout, cutting and pasting, adding text, etc.
In fact this is how you could work with CodeCharge Studio at all times. Using Builders to generate project or pages is optional, although indeed I think that most people use the Application Builder to create their initial project.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm actually referring to the Page Layout dialog in the Application builder (the docs use "Site Layout" and "Page Layout" interchangeably). I would like to change these settings after an existing site has been generated. Sorry for any confusion.

Well, my answer would probably be the same as previously because the Application Builder is a wizard. The functionality of all wizards (for example in MS Access or other software) is only to aid the users but not to replace any of the core functionality of the software.
Therefore the question if something can be done or modified without a wizard is in a sense invalid :-) Of course it can be done because the wizard does it, and it does it in the same way that users can do manually.
For example if you choose a Page Layout in the AppBuilder then the wizard will create a Header and Footer pages that contain the menu and some links. You can do the same without the AppBuilder and therefore you can change it without the AppBuilder as well. Just open the Header page created by the builder and rearrange the links in the way that you want.
Please also keep in mind that all wizards perform one-way functions. They are not core features of the product (like the Grid and Record) but they are rather assistants that can help you do something faster. Doing it differently or changing something afterwards is not a problem.
