I m trying to implement the many to many list box example but it is not working properly and also I would like to know if i implement it on my tables what i need to change and speacily in projectemployesModify() function can pls any one help me in giving the direction how i need to implement that example by changing the stuff acording to my need to table. pls give me direction to deploy that example on my tables

Imran,
If you created Example Pack solution you should notice that each example includes Description page. I think it clarifies how example work and thus how it could be adapted for your tables.
As for ProjectEmployeesModify() subroutine you have to verify and probably change:
Database connection name
Field names like project_id, employee_list, etc.
SQL queries to update tables you’re using
